We're a local, San Diego company owned and run by two parents trying to bring a delicious and easy breakfast to every household! Elly Bellys is the nickname for our little girl named after her Danish Great-Grandmother, Ellinor.
​Mormor Ellinor's traditional Danish breakfast is the inspiration of our Elly Bellys Pancake Puffs.
